Where you can learn how to maintain a life of freedom and fulfillment.
Monday thru Friday
8am to 5pm
Welcome to Stay Free Ministries, a faith-based agency where you can learn how to maintain a life of freedom and fulfillment. I am pleased that you have selected me as your counselor and coach. I plan to use my skills to mobilize you in the right direction to succeed as we walk through your journey together.
MISSION & APPROACH
To promote the highest level of success for one’s life. To encourage growth and self-fulfillment by assisting individuals in achieving their goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. Stay Free Ministries offers two approaches, secular and non-secular. Counseling and coaching assumes that each person in the relationship is guided by his or her values and beliefs. As your counselor or coach, my guiding values are rooted in Christian principals and beliefs. I respect the different values and beliefs of others. I will not impose my values and beliefs on another and will not refuse services to people with differing values and beliefs.

Stay Free Ministries:
Stay Free Ministries is a faith-based confidential multi-discipline program, designed to help bring inner healing and peace to the hurting. The program offers pastoral counseling, substance abuse counseling, coaching, educational classes, and after care services. Also, there is an intensive care plan service that we offer quarterly, which includes 4 pastoral counseling sessions, 4 after care appointments and 3 selected educational classes (anxiety, depression, anger or trauma). In order to recover successfully, we encourage participates to complete the care plan by attending all counseling sessions, classes, and after care services.
Life coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from mentoring, consulting, advising, counseling, or therapy. Life coaching is not therapy. Coaches don’t work on past issues or traumas. Life coaches are not psychologists or psychotherapists. If you start the process of life coaching and have not resolved past issues, then you will be referred to work with a therapist to resolve those issues. Life coaches focus on the present and the client’s future goals. We help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the life they desire.
Pastoral counselors integrate spirituality, faith, and theology with counseling to help people seeking assistance with personal, family, marital, substance abuse, and faith issues.
