Where you can learn to live a fulfilled life
Monday thru Friday
8am to 5pm
Welcome to Optimum Life Coach, a faith-based agency. I am pleased that you have selected me as your Life Coach. This document is designed to inform you of my background and to ensure you understand my professional role.
Life coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from mentoring, consulting, advising, counseling or therapy. Life coaching is not therapy. Coaches don’t work on past issues or traumas. Life coaches are not psychologists or psychotherapists. If you start the process of life coaching and have not resolved past issues, then you will be referred to work with a therapist to resolve those issues. Life coaches focus on the present and the client’s future goals. We help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the life they desire. Most life coaching clients are healthy, successful individuals who might be a little stuck or simply want to make changes in their lives and want support from a life coach.
The purpose of coaching is for the development of self-improvement by implementing strategies to reach client-identified goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, life balance and adjustments and job performance in the client's life, business or profession. Coaching utilizes personal strategic planning, value clarification and brainstorming in helping client choose the right course of action.

MISSION & APPROACH
To promote the highest level of success for one’s life. To encourage growth and self-fulfillment by assisting individuals in achieving their goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. Optimum Life Coach offers two approaches, secular and non-secular. Coaching assumes that each person in the relationship is guided by his or her values and beliefs. As a coach, my guiding values are rooted in Christian principals and beliefs. I respect the different values and beliefs of others. I will not impose my values and beliefs on another and will not refuse coaching services to people with differing values and beliefs.
